Merlins Pizza opened the doors to its first location in Destin, Florida in March 1999.

Merlins Pizza is founded on the premise of using nothing but the finest ingredients. While many of the national chains claim the same, we prove it day after day.

What makes us different? 1) We make our dough and our sauce fresh every day. 2) Our meat toppings are pure meat with no soy additives . Many of our competitors use meat that is diluted with soy beans to keep their costs down. 3) We order fresh produce daily. 4) We use only the finest mozzarella cheese, it is never frozen so it maintains a consistant flavor and melt.
